We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and proactive Agency Assistant to help power the core of Ambrose Creatives.

This is a multifaceted role at the heart of our agency’s development and daily operations. You'll support key functions ranging from content creation to client research, and play a crucial role in how we present ourselves to the world - online and offline.

What you will be doing:
– Creating content for our social media, newsletters, and website
– Designing and preparing materials and presentations
– Researching potential clients, partners, and opportunities
– Supporting relationship management and internal workflows
– Representing Ambrose Creatives at networking events and industry meetups
– Assisting in all stages of agency growth and project development
– Collaborating closely with our European colleagues and agents to support their work

Who we’re looking for:
– A creative thinker with strong visual and verbal communication skills
– A detail-oriented organizer who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
– Someone with both a critical mind and collaborative spirit
– Passionate about arts, culture, and building something meaningful together
– Fluency in English is a must

Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity, best suited for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and build their professional portfolio in a time-flexible activity. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn through a discussed commission on successful projects or sales which would be formalized in a written agreement. This role is ideal for those passionate about arts and business and eager to develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
